PrEP Use Could Curb 30% of New HIV Infections by 2020

A new Drexel University study has determined that the US could reach its 2020 HIV prevention goal to prevent 30% of new HIV infections if just 25% of men who have sex with men (MSM) appropriately use the HIV prevention drug PrEP. Gilead Announces 10-Year, $100 Million COMPASS Initiative

Gilead Sciences, Inc.,  a research-based biopharmaceutical company announced the launch of the Gilead COMPASS (COMmitment to Partnership in Addressing HIV/AIDS in Southern States) Initiative today.
