Offering free and confidential HIV/STI testing, screening, counseling, and referral services at the Norfolk Office, 2415 Lafayette Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23509. We’re here every 2nd Wednesday of the Month from 4 pm until 7:15 pm ET. Our CHR drive-up window is open until 7:15 pm. Note: An Appointment is required.
