confidential HIV/STI testing, screening, counseling, and referral services at the Norfolk Office 2415
Lafayette Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23509. By appointment only. FYI, the evening clinic
(extended hours) is every 2ND Wednesday of the Month. CHR services until 8 pm.
